MDS Director Karen Nash specialises in the interpretation and analysis of environmental and social policy, legislation and guidelines, including Human Rights, Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Investment and Financing for development. Some of her current projects include:

  • Scoping of Stakeholder Engagement and ASM audit for gold mine (DRC)
  • Supply chain due diligence (Republic of Congo; Costa Rica)
  • Human Rights due diligence review (Eritrea)
  • CSR and media communications research (UK, Europe)

She is supporting companies in the development and delivery of bespoke knowledge transfer, training and capacity-building materials, activities and workshops in the above areas, with the aim of enhancing Boardlevel understanding and engagement with effective policy and strategy implementation.
